19世紀のヨーロッパを舞台に，国家経営を行うシミュレーションゲーム「Victoria - Empire Under the Sun」が，11月18日に発売されることが発表された。 プレイヤーはヨーロッパのとある国の領主となって，自らの国を富ませ外国との折衝をするなど，来る20世紀に向けて帝国を築き上げるというもの。32人までのマルチプレイもサポートしているようだ。 開発は「Europa Universalis」のParadox Entertainmentで，公式サイトは「こちら」。（Asakura）
