「EverQuest II」でGU39本日より実装，ハロウィンイベントも開催

　Sony Online Entertainmentは，現在サービス中のMMORPG「EverQuest II」で，サンディエゴの山火事の影響で遅れていたゲームアップデート39を本日（10月31日）実装した。
　このアップデートでは，プレーン オブ フィアーの一部であるシャード オブ フィアーが追加され，フィーロットに入り口が設けられるほか，クナーク大陸からの謎の訪問者をめぐるクエストの追加，ギルド保管庫の拡大などが行われる。アップデートの詳細は，公式サイトで確認しておこう。

　また，今年のハロウィンイベントでは，東ケイノスと西フリーポートにお化け屋敷が登場する。ゴブリンに出会うとお化け屋敷に案内してもらえるようだ。ハロウィンの夜をノーラスで過ごすのもよいだろう。

　カードゲーム「Legends of Norrath：Oathbound」（以下LoN）と関連して，今週末にプロモーションウィークエンドイベントが開催される。11月3日6：00AMから11月5日3：59AM（日本時間）にわたって，EQおよびEQ2では，LoNのカードパックのドロップ率が上がるほか，

　　Fishing Lure Earring (1P4)
　　Snow Bunny Hat (1P5)

の2種類のカードを手に入れるチャンスとなっている。釣りで使うルアーのイアリングと雪ウサギの帽子という珍品で，このイベントでしか手に入らないカードだ。LoNをやっているEQ/EQ2プレイヤーは，この週末で手に入れておこう。
